Add old Payon town <3

I'd like to suggest the addition of this nostalgic town into muhro as a regular town or event town. <3

Serenity Would you like to provide a suggestion for a savepoint and NPCs, too?

Just right under the main stairs in the middle of the town would be the perfect spot. c:
