On the video the skill is spammed. from what it works The skill need to hit something to do cast another. that means it can't be spammed when you use it on ground without enemies Especially in town.
Because when you hit something your character's animation changes. Like show up your weapon sword/spear.
Which not gonna happen when you spam at wherever without enemies.
the animation change when hit something to continue to cast the skill, animation just goes hard when you don't hit something in the AoE.
