make /ex list persist after client reopening + possible bug.

As per title~

Currently the /ex list gets wiped every time you close down the client; desired effect would be to make the list stick after client reopening so we don't have to type out the names of those blocked character names every time.

I also don't know if this is a bug or not, but it doesn't seem to block public or global/trade channel messages of the blocked characters, only whispers.

What are your thoughts on also making it so that /ex blocks people by master/game account? I'd assume that people want to block people rather than specific characters.

Yes, that'll be a much better solution/implementation than what I suggested. I hope Muh is able to come up with something. c:

Serenity Ahh I didn't mean it as an alternative suggestion but a addition to yours!
So I still think having it persist (through the login settings npc i guess) and being able to block public/global/trade messages would be good. Maybe the latter would require a separate command since some people might do /exall but still might want to see those messages? I'm not sure though; it's probably fine to just update the same command to block all
