Include Siege Changes in Skill Descriptions

Recently, WoE SE has received a lot of changes for skills, mainly nerfs.

It would be nice to have these additional information on the skill description when you hover them so people would know about their skill changes simply by just reading the description.

Of course, include TE changes too (not too familiar with those).

For example, on the very bottom of the skill description, just add the simple description of:
Tiger Cannon
~
~
WoE SE: This skill deals -80% less damage.

or for TE example:
Soul Destroyer
~
~
WoE TE: This skill deals +-x damage.

Aqua Skill damage adjustment is being displayed dynamically as soon as your are on a map with adjusted damage (e.g. castle map / pvp room):

Mechanical differences should be be added, that's a very viable point.

Muh Oh, I never noticed this, won't it be better to just have them available all the time? Without having to enter PvP/Siege areas before getting the notice.

With how differences can escalate regarding PvP, we'll refrain from making the already big descriptions even bigger.
