Lingering skills should not be much of an issue because noks protection ends if the player teleports/moves away afaik (so the lingering skill may still damage but it doesn't "secure" the monster anymore). If they don't teleport, it's rightfully theirs imo.
However, for Illusion Doping I do see the point as it can protect monsters from outside the other players screen (yes, Illusion Doping is "only" screen-wide, but if the other player has any range at all, they still won't see the biolo that casts it). Another point in favour of making an exception for Illusion Doping is that noks should protect players that have intention of killing a monster. Casting a skill that doesn't even take a way 1% of the targets health hardly qualifies imo.
Finally, even for the few maps where Illusion Doping is viable as a dps skill (e.g. Geffenia), I imagine that Biolos keep triggering noks warnings on each other as they most likely won't even see the other player, so even for Illusion Doping users it can be detrimental to their farming as they can't really exclude certain monsters from being hit from outside their screen.
But of course it depends if noks can even be configured like that to begin with.
