People already farm illusion dungeons for exp and kill MVPs when they spawn in the process though, besides, I don't think buffing a dungeon because there's better places to farm is a good thing, it'll just lead to more power creep.
If this actually goes through though, it should extend to bio5 too since barely anyone farms there as well.
