Hi, I've received a costume blossom ribbon from summer race earlier, and I noticed that it's positioned in the lower headgear. However, I think it's more fitting to be a garment because when you wear it, it's on the back. Is it possible to change it into a garment?
Edit: Oh, and it also covers the sides of your clothes, so if possible to fix that too?
