There aren't any parties for Villa of Deception instance. There never were. Acting like this suggestion will somehow kill party play is crazy when there are literally 0 parties happening in that instance before the change anyway. Try recruiting for regular parties in #lfg and see how it goes. I don't know how you can say "It works exactly as intended" when this is how things have been for years, it's the exact opposite of working as intended, the "2-player requirement" mechanic is obviously not doing its job whatsoever.
If you want the server to have more support for party play I'm all for it, but this is literally the worst choice out of all the suggestion threads for taking a stand for party play. Instead of supporting suggestions that are actually about encouraging party play mechanics, you're supporting a mechanic that only encourages multiclienting, which is the archenemy of party play.
I already mentioned this before, but if you actually care about party play, then you would be proposing something like changing the requirement from "2 game accounts" to "2 master accounts". Then I would find your argument reasonable. (my only concern would be that it'd be unfair for the newer players since the rewards/mvp cards would suddenly become twice as hard to farm, so some adjustments/rework on rewards would be necessary. But that could be done).
Instead of proposing things like that, or focusing on other content that are actually about party play (unlike this one)… You're in a thread about an instance that has been exclusively a solo farm content for years, and fighting to protect the multiclient mechanics in it??? I think we generally have a similar view in terms of hating how solo-focused the game is and wanting more party content, but I'm very surprised that this mechanic is what you want to be defending, it sounds crazy to me.
