add a visual indicator to show when turbo is on/off

I love the turbo/smartcast feature, it's amazing and makes the game so much more enjoyable. Actually life-changing, lol. The last thing it needs IMO is some kind of indicator somewhere on the UI that it's toggled on/off. Buff bar would be last resort but usable, probably. What I had in mind is changing the color of the skill bar or adding a small mark or icon somewhere that toggles on/off depending on whether turbo is on.
Why is this a good idea?
despite using turbo all the time, I still forget when it's on/off and testing it before I type something is really tedious. Still, it's such a good feature that I use it anyway!
What risks or downsides does it have?
downsides: probably requires more custom code
