there are also quite a few people who quit because some things are too difficult — like the chances to get the "right" boss at LoF, the enchanting system, or the grade system without a pity mechanic
sometimes, it's just a matter of perspective — what you think is easy or how you farm to get your gear (whether it's using alts, farming zeny to buy it, or gathering the materials to craft it yourself, etc.)
