Title: Ske skill miracle able to transfer maps with the charachter
Description: Miracle allows all mobs on the map to be effected buy stellar hatred. its a .01% proc chance. once you move maps this buff is gone and you have to farm it all over again. I am suggesting we allow it to stay with the Sky emperor when ever he changes maps.
Why is this a good idea? Imagine if EDP was a .01% chance to proc and it went away everytime you changed maps . Plus the buff isnt as crazy as edp but it is a huge dps boost. This will help Sky emperor be more viable and has NO chance on it making it op, just more playable/accessible.
What risks or downsides does it have? No, sky is a 7x7 class so it still falls behind 9x9s. Miracle could be compared to deadly poison but miracle falls off when u change maps and when you die as it stands now. Changing the maps function won't effect anything as it will still need to be FARMED, you cannot simply purchase it.
