fixed Abyss Man Card to provide correct hp bonus
fixed Patent Blue Crystal Staff to be two-handed

fixed Survival Orbs to not be refinable
added Good and Evil Headgears + Weapon series:
• Headgears, Weapons, Hammers can be crafted at NPC at tha_t12 122,88
• Enchanter offers to enchant these items (select: Good and Evil Equipment)
added Master Shadow Gear:
• Clark (Class Shadow Gear) offers boxes to craft Master Shadow Gear
• Rayja sells Shadow Essence in her Special Shop

• two new options for Flush Series Weapons: Amplification (Flush Weapons) / Amplification (Flush Metal Detector Mk47-2)
