I don't think so, because the other classes that uses TDRC autocast will never run out of catalysts (arrow, talisman, etc.) to cast skills, because the primary skill that generates the additional skill cast also needs a catalyst.
Furthermore, while an SA spends 30z on a talisman to cast a 4th class skill, a Cardinal is forced to spend 1,500z to autocast a third class skill that contributes practically nothing to the damage.
Another point is the weight factor: SA, WH, NW and musicians can carry more supplies with less weight because their catalysts can be stored in packs while gems and stones used by Cardinals and EMs cannot.
This discussion led to another opportunity for improvement, to implement a feature that allows elemental stones and gems to be packaged in bundles, 500 for gems and 50 for elemental stones, for example. There is an NPC on the official Brazilian server that does this.
